Returns

If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us at +91 9846300720 or srjewelsthrissur@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement of the correct item. The incorrectly delivered item must be returned unopened and unused.

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us promptly. We will facilitate a replacement for the damaged item, which must be returned in its original packaging.

Conditions for Returns

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect Item: If you received a different item, please provide an unpacking video and contact us to arrange for the return and replacement.
  2. Proof of Posting: When returning items, please include proof of posting that shows delivery charges. Without this, we cannot refund shipping costs.
  3. Damaged Items: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.
  4. Return Process: Please note that returns must be sent back to us, as we do not offer a pickup service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at srjewelsthrissur@gmail.com.
